The Cascades

The Cascades are located in Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve in the ACT and can be accessed after a moderate 1.8km walk that takes you through eucalypt forest and into rainforest while crossing over streams on the way up to this beautiful location. Along the way you may spot Lyrebirds which I did on this day and many fungi in the Autumn months after rain.
